This operator contradicts itself
Two problems, and both belong to Celebrity rather than to us. The first is that the document carrying these figures has been replaced: the current version of the same form says only that Gifts by Celebrity is now The Celebrity Store. The second is that the sentence is ambiguous on its face. "Flowers must be ordered within 3 Business days of sailing" can be read as at least three days before, or as during the final three days. Those are opposite instructions. We will not guess which Celebrity meant. Call before you rely on either.
