- Norwegian names the only European ports where flower delivery is available: Helsinki, Dover, Venice, Barcelona, Piraeus, Lisbon, Copenhagen, Southampton and Rotterdam. A European sailing from anywhere else is not covered.
- Norwegian states flower delivery is unavailable at Whittier, Alaska.
- Norwegian states flowers can only be delivered on the first day of the voyage.
