How to Send Flowers to a Cruise Cabin at Southampton
Southampton is the busiest cruise port in the United Kingdom and the only one on this list where a transatlantic liner still runs a scheduled service. Five terminals are split between the Eastern Docks, entered at Dock Gate 4, and the Western Docks at Dock Gate 10. They are a couple of miles apart and the gate you need is decided by your ship, not your preference.

Volume figures count passenger movements, which include people getting off as well as getting on. They indicate how busy a port is, not how many cabins sail from it.
Which of the three paths works here
Cruise line pre-order
5 lines sailing from Port of Southampton run their own gift desk with a published ordering deadline. This is the only route that puts flowers in the cabin. The deadlines are below and they are earlier than most people expect.
Pre-cruise hotel drop
Weaker here than at the Florida ports, and the reason is London. Many Southampton passengers travel down on the morning of the sailing rather than staying locally, which means there may be no pre-cruise hotel to send to at all. Ask before you assume one exists. If they are staying in London the night before, order from a London florist to the London hotel.
Terminal and pier delivery
Southampton is a working commercial dock estate, not a passenger pier. Entry is by dock gate with security control, and the terminals sit inside it. Retail delivery to a passenger at the berth is not available.
Cruise line gift desks at Port of Southampton
One listing per line, carrying that line's own published wording. Where a line contradicts itself, the listing prints both statements rather than choosing between them.
- Royal Caribbean International: Royal Gifts at Port of Southampton
Publishes two deadlines that disagree. Both are printed on the listing.
- Celebrity Cruises: The Celebrity Store at Port of Southampton
Publishes two deadlines that disagree. Both are printed on the listing.
- Cunard Line: Gifts on board at Port of Southampton
Published cutoff: You will need to place your order at least four days before the voyage departs by calling our Customer Contact Centre on 0344 338 8641 and giving the recipient's full name and date of birth.
- Norwegian Cruise Line: Gifts and More at Port of Southampton
Publishes two deadlines that disagree. Both are printed on the listing.
- Princess Cruises: Cruise Gifts and Services at Port of Southampton
Publishes two deadlines that disagree. Both are printed on the listing.

Where the pre-cruise hotels are
A hotel drop only works if you send to the building the guest is actually sleeping in. These are the clusters that matter at this port.
Southampton city centre
Close to the Western Docks terminals and the usual choice for a night before an early departure.
Ocean Village and the waterfront
Nearest to the Eastern Docks and to Ocean Terminal.
London
Eighty miles away. A large share of Southampton passengers overnight in London and travel down on the morning of departure, which puts them entirely outside any Southampton florist range.
No florist listed for this port yet
We have not yet found a florist serving Southampton whose own published material names the hotels used by embarking passengers or documents a cruise delivery process. Until one clears that bar it does not go on this page. Most search results for florists near a cruise port are national order-gathering sites that pass the order to whoever will take it, which is exactly the arrangement that fails on a sailing morning.
If the ship has already sailed
Cunard runs transatlantic crossings from here, so a missed Southampton sailing can mean the recipient is unreachable for a week at sea. Nothing can be sent after departure. Cunard also warns that even a correctly placed order may arrive the day after embarkation when demand is high, so build in a day.
